How does the free trial work?
Select the Starter or Pro plan and choose the "Start Free Trial" option. You'll get full access to the chosen plan's features for 28 days without charge. We'll remind you before your trial ends. You can cancel anytime.
How are "automation runs" counted?
Each time one of your configured automations successfully executes its main task (e.g., generates a report, processes a data entry), it counts as one run. Setup and configuration steps do not count towards your limit.
What happens if I exceed my monthly runs?
If you exceed your plan's included runs, additional runs will be charged at the specified overage rate for your plan (e.g., $0.30/run for Starter, $0.10/run for Pro). We'll notify you as you approach your limit. You can monitor usage in your dashboard.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time through your account settings. Changes will be prorated for the current billing cycle.
What kind of support is included?
The Starter plan includes standard email support and access to our community forums. The Pro plan adds priority email and chat support during business hours. Enterprise plans come with a dedicated support manager and custom Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
